METHOD FOR BUILDING NEIGHBORING CELLS LISTS IN CELLULAR RADIOCOMMUNICATIONS NETWORKS

A method for defining lists of neighboring cells of a cellular radiocommunications network, includes: obtaining a description of mobility paths followed by users of mobile communications terminals in a geographic area of interest; and including a first cell in the list of neighboring cell of a second cell in case, based on the mobility paths' description, to ascertain that there is a mobility path joining the first and the second cells.
