The subject matter of the invention is a method for obtaining algae extracts, characterized in that it comprises at least the following steps: a) pretreatment of an algae sample; b) rapid heating; c) application of a pressure greater than or equal to 1 bar; d) instantaneous reduction in pressure to a pressure of less than or equal to 1 bar; and e) recovery of the products obtained in d) in liquid, solid and/or gaseous form. The invention also covers the use of the algae extract products obtained by implementing this method.
