METHOD FOR SENDING DOWN AND INSTALLING EVENT TRIGGER

<p>A method for sending down and installing an event trigger is provided, which is applied to an Evolved Packet System. The method includes: a Policy and Charging Rules Function (PCRF) entity sends down the event trigger to a Bearer Binding and Event Reporting Function (BBERF) entity based on a gateway control session level; the BBERF installs or updates the event trigger after receiving the sent down event trigger. An Evolved Packet System is also provided.</p>
