PURPOSE: A sheet manufacturing device and a sheet using the same are provided to produce a massive number of sheets rapidly, and to reduce the manufacturing failure rates of the sheet with a device adjusting the width and tension of the sheet. CONSTITUTION: A sheet manufacturing device comprises the following: two pressure rollers(200) rotated by a bearing housing and attaching two sheets with pressure; a heating part(300) located on the bottom of the pressure roller; the bearing housing equipped on the top of a roller supporting member; a gas pipe formed on a side of the heating part; a gas blowers formed on the top of the heating part; a winding part(500) located on the top of the pressure roller; a cutting part(400) rotated by a plurality of cutting blades and a motor; a driving motor driving the two pressure rollers and the winding part; an interval indicating part(480) equipped on the front of the cutting part; a tension part(600) adjusting the tension of each sheet; and a width adjusting part(700) adjusting the width of each sheet.
