<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct an inexpensive optical position detecting means with low power consumption. <P>SOLUTION: This illumination apparatus 10 includes an illumination light source 11 for emitting illumination light L1, a first position detecting light source 12A for emitting first position detecting light L2a, a second position detecting light source 12B for emitting second position detecting light L2b, a first light guide plate 13A having a first light incident plane 13aa for taking in the illumination light and the first position detecting light and a light emission plane 13ac neighboring and crossing the first light incident plane for emitting the illumination light and the first position detecting light, and a second light guide plate 13B planarly built up with the first light guide plate and having a second light incident plane 13ba for taking in the second position detecting light and a second emission plane 13bc neighboring and crossing the second incident plane for emitting the second position detecting light. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
