PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for simply and inexpensively detecting a single nucleotide polymorphism of NAT2 gene in a short time, a nucleic acid primer used for the detection, and a probe for detection.

SOLUTION: A nucleic acid prime set for LAMP amplification detects a genotype in a single nucleotide polymorphism G857A of a human NAT2 gene. The nucleic acid primer set comprises an FIP primer having a specific sequence, a BIP primer, an F3 primer and a B3 primer.
