PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery terminal capable of setting a current sensor in a space saved. SOLUTION: Only if a lower part of a battery terminal body 4 is covered with a terminal lower cover, mounting of the current sensor is automatically completed. Since the terminal lower cover happens to be a current-sensor-integrated terminal lower cover 5 incorporating the current sensor, there is no need of mounting works of a current sensor itself. The battery terminal 1 is so structured to cover a lower part of the battery terminal body 4 with the use of the current-sensor-integrated terminal lower cover 5, that, once it is connected to a battery post 3, the current sensor is arranged to surround the battery post 3. The current-sensor-integrated terminal lower cover 5 is fastened with a terminal fixing bolt 12 and a nut 13 as constituent components of the battery terminal body 4. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
