<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electroless plating treatment method which can stably form a uniform plating film on the surface of a resin without elongating treatment time. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The electroless plating treatment method at least comprises: a process where ozone water treatment is performed to the surface of a resin having an unsaturated bond; a process where the surface of the resin subjected to the ozone water treatment is contacted with an alkali solution at least comprising a surfactant, so as to perform alkali treatment; a process where a metal catalyst is adsorbed on the surface of the resin after the alkali treatment; and a process where the surface of the resin with the metal catalyst adsorbed is subjected to electroless plating.
