<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toe warmer used in footwear for warming the toes that are liable to get cold. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The toe warmer has a bag 1 for receiving an exothermic material. The bag has a shape that extends from a hollow located at the base on the back side of the toes 4 or the fingers to the distal ends of the toes 4 or the fingertips of the fingers. Tongue-like attachment stabilizing sections 2 are respectively interposed between the big toe and the second toe and between the fourth toe and the fifth toe. The tongue-like attachment stabilizing sections 2 are then stretched to arrange the toe warmer 1 along the hollow located at the base on the back side of the toes while arranging a heat buffering material on the toe side.
