RADIO COMMUNICATION SYSTEM, MANAGEMENT SERVER, MOBILE BASE STATION DEVICE, AND MOBILE BASE STATION CONTROL METHOD

A radio communication system comprises a movable mobile base station device which connects with a terminal device, and a management server which intensively controls the mobile base station device.  The mobile base station device measures the position thereof and notifies the management server of positional information indicating the position.  The management server transmits control information corresponding to the positional information of which the management server is notified by the mobile base station device to the mobile base station device.  The mobile base station device operates by using the control information received from the management server.
