<p>The curtain-coating unit comprises a curtain coating head (3) arranged above the fiber material web (2) for obtaining single or multi-layered curtain (6) that reduces the gravity following on the surface of the fiber material web and produces a coating layer, an air barrier removing unit that is assigned the fiber material web to be coated and is arranged directly in front of the curtain coating head and/or the curtain, and a web support roller (7) over which the fiber material web runs. The curtain coating heads are assigned edge guide element (8). The air barrier removing unit is connected with the curtain coating head and forms a joint component group. The coating head is movable relative to the air barrier removing unit. The curtain coating head is connected over support arms and joint with the air barrier removing unit. The position of the coating head is adjustable from an operating position to a standby position by a four-bar linkage. The edge guide elements are movable together with the curtain coating head and the air barrier removing unit is connected over its part tightly with a wing unit, which receives a web support element. The web support element is movable relative to component group while a web support element retains its operating position. The web support element is way movable from the component group. The air barrier removing unit is formed as plain plate and is made from metal or wear-resistant plastic or material combination. The air barrier removing unit is leaned in movement direction of the fiber material web, where the tilt angle is 5-30[deg] . The air barrier removing layer is connected at its front end with the drip pan, which comprises a cutting edge at its front end.</p> |
