PURPOSE: A voice over internet protocol phone for a member store in which a credit authorization function is included is provided to perform a service with a credit authorization function while performing a telephone call function through internet. CONSTITUTION: A phone interface(10) changes the voice of a user to an analog voice signal. A VoIP(Voice over Internet Protocol) interface unit(20) changes the analog audio signal to the digital voice signal. A credit card reader(30) deciphers credit card member information including a credit card number. A display unit(50) indicates information related to the purchase payment inputted through a keypad(40) and a credit card payment. A memory(60) stores a control program related to the internet phone conversation and member store information.
