<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device capable of reducing a manufacturing cost. <P>SOLUTION: The electronic device includes a light emitting board, a touch sensor film, and a signal coupling part. The light emitting board includes a driving substrate, a semiconductor element disposed on the first surface of the driving substrate, and a drive element disposed on the first surface of the driving substrate and controlling the drive of the semiconductor element. The touch sensor film includes a film disposed above the light emitting board, and a touch conductive pattern formed on the film and sensing an external touch operation to generate a touch signal for controlling the drive element. The signal coupling part electrically connects the touch sensor film to the light emitting board, and transfers the touch signal from the touch sensor film to the drive element. Since the touch conductive pattern capable of sensing a touch event is not a separate film but directly formed on the film, the cost required for manufacturing the electronic device can be further reduced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
