<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-cooled air-cooling intercooler using the welding connection, not by a bolt and a gasket, for forming a single integrated structure by fixing constituting members. <P>SOLUTION: This water-cooled air-cooling intercooler 10 is used for a reciprocating air compressor, and has a central core unit 20 having an inside part including a plurality of air passage pipes, a cooling water inlet and at least one cooling water outlet. A first manifold 30 communicates with the plurality of air passage pipes, and guides this air to the plurality of air passage pipes by receiving the air from at least one air inlet 50. A second manifold 40 has an air outlet 60, and communicates with the plurality of air passage pipes, and guide this air to at least one air outlet 60 by receiving the air from the plurality of air passage pipes with fins.
