PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily manufacturable heat exchanger in which a plurality of tubes at least one of which has a different outside diameter are coiled in layers. SOLUTION: The water heat exchanger 14 has a refrigerant tube 41, a floor heating tube 42 and a hot water supply tube 43. The floor heating tube 42 has a larger outside diameter than the other refrigerant tube 41 and hot water supply tube 43. The plurality of tubes different in outside diameter are repeatedly coiled in layers such that the outer of two common external tangents connecting all of them is a segment P along a peripheral surface of the water heat exchanger 14.
