<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a retractable vehicular seat device capable of rotating and moving a seat with a small force by a manual operation of a passenger while having a structure for defining a rotation track of the seat by a link mechanism. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This device comprises lift mechanisms 28, 50 moved in connection with a rotary operation of a gripping member 52, and controlling a posture for lifting a seat part 21 upward to a vehicle floor 11 when the seat is positioned in a lift area, which is a predetermined rotation area between an intermediate position of a retracted position and a seat using position and the retracted position.
