<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool which increases oxygen absorption and also enables measures against bed sore of an occipital area to be taken by using it also as a pillow which is made warm by being wound around the neck and is hardly separated from the neck. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the tool 1 surrounding the neck, a plurality of cushion materials 2, 3 are freely inserted into a part or to an average thickness and height from insertion ports K, K' depending on the purpose of use as a muffler or the pillow, the insertion ports K, K' are made inward 4, and the insertion ports are always made into naturally closed states during use.
