PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pin-type load cell for suitably and simply determining the lifetime of a strain-measuring sensor. SOLUTION: The pin-type load cell includes: a pin 1; a hole 3 provided in an axial direction of the pin 1 from an end face of the pin 1; pin grooves 5, 6 provided on the outer peripheral face 1a of the pin 1, along a circumferential direction of the pin 1; sensors 7, 8 arranged at different positions of the axial direction of the pin 1, respectively so as to be stored in width of the pin grooves 5, 6 and fixed in the inside of the hole 3; a resin 4 filling the inside of the hole 3; and a notification device 18 for sampling the output value of the sensor 7 and the output value of the sensor 8 and notifying that the difference between the output values exceeds a threshold set for determining the lifetime of the sensor 7.
