PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the total height of a conveying vehicle with a shutter for opening/closing an opening part for taking in/taking out an article. SOLUTION: The conveying vehicle 1 with the shutter includes a storage part 11 which surround a space above a loading surface 111 of a vehicle body 10 to store an article 30 to be conveyed, a shutter 12 for opening/closing an opening part 112 for taking the article 30 in/out the storage part 11, and a door pocket 13 for storing the shutter 12 when the shutter 12 is opened. The door pocket 13 is installed on a floor surface FL side of the opening part 112. A balance weight 15 is connected to a delivery fore end side of the shutter 12 via a pulley 14 installed on a ceiling 113 side of the storage part 11. Thus, the door pocket 13 need not be provided on an upper part of the vehicle body 10, the total height of the conveying vehicle 1 can be reduced, the center of gravity of the conveying vehicle 1 becomes low, and its stability is improved.
