The invention provides a non-aqueous composition comprising an oily phase and a pulverulent phase, said pulverulent phase comprising from 15% to 40% by weight, relative to the total weight of the composition, of at least one pigment, fibres, and at least one elastomeric crosslinked organopolysiloxane powder, and said oily phase comprising at least one hydrocarbon dispersant selected from ether-modified fatty alcohols, synthetic esters resulting from the formation of fatty acid and alcohol or polyols, partial esters resulting from reaction of at least one saturated or unsaturated, linear or branched fatty acid, ricinoleic acid or 12-hydroxystearic acid with at least one sugar (saccharose or polysaccharide), adducts of ethylene oxide with castor oil and/or hydrogenated castor oil, trialkyl phosphates and alkyl mono-, di- and triphosphates, and mixtures thereof. |
