The tube has a vacuum housing in which a cathode and an anode are arranged. The housing has an inner wall that partially exhibits an inertization. The anode partially exhibits an inertization. The both inertization comprise barrier layers arranged on and below an upper surface of the inner wall, respectively. The barrier layers are made of a material that has melting point higher than that of a material of the anode. A getter layer is arranged between the barrier layers and the upper surface.
