The grommet (1) has a tube-shaped covering unit i.e. bellow (3), and a fixing unit (5) e.g. hook, for fixing the grommet in an area of a mounting opening of a mounting element. A guide tube (11) is pivotably supported at the fixing unit around a pivotable axis (S) for receiving a cable arrangement. The covering unit exhibits less rigidity than that of the guide tube. The cable arrangement comprises an electrical cable element, an optical cable element e.g. light conductor element and glass fiber element, and/or a fluid guiding element e.g. hydraulic line and pneumatic line.
