The invention relates to a vehicle interior and exterior inspection system, the system comprising: a base (100); a vehicle body dummy (200), which is installed in such a manner that an interior space is created on the top surface of the base (100) for an operator to be able to enter and that a loading groove (210) is formed on the top end of an A-filler (201) and of a B-filler (202), the interior space having an instrument loading frame (220) formed therein to have an instrument panel (I) detachably attached thereto, the vehicle body dummy having a door dummy cradle (230) formed on a lateral surface thereof to allow a door dummy (D) to cradle thereon; a roof dummy (300), which has a loading protrusion (310) being detachably attached to the loading groove (210), an inner lateral surface of the roof dummy being used for a sunroof (S) and a head lining (H) to be detachably attached thereto; a loading frame (400), which is installed on the top surface of the base (100) and connected to the front side of the vehicle body dummy (200); a front dummy (500), which is connected to the front side of the vehicle body dummy (200) and to the outside of the loading frame (400) for covering; a rear dummy (600), which is connected to the rear side of the vehicle body dummy (200); a front bumper dummy (700), which is detachably attached to the front side of the front dummy (500), being split into two or more; and a rear bumper dummy (800), which is detachably attached to the rear side of the rear dummy (600), being split into two or more.  The vehicle body dummy (200), the roof dummy (300), the front dummy (500), the rear dummy (600), the front bumper dummy (700) and the rear bumper dummy (800) are made out of aluminum, and the vehicle body dummy (200) has a multiplicity of loading key holders (240) to allow the vehicle body to be connected with the instrumental panel (I), front dummy (500) and rear dummy (600) by the medium of a loading key (K), the loading key (K) being in a spherical form where joined to a joint interface of the respective dummies (200, 300, 500, 600, 700, 800).  An advantage of a vehicle interior and exterior inspection system according to the invention as described above is that spacing between the roof dummy and the built-in parts can be inspected as the roof dummy representing the geometry of a real roof is detachably attached to the top end of the vehicle body dummy to thus enable loading of the sunroof and the head lining to the inner side of the roof.
