<p>The invention discloses benzoxazinopyrazoles of formulae I and II, their ring-opening compound of formula III, and the preparation thereof. The invention also discloses the use of compounds of formulae I, II and III or pharmaceutical acceptable salts thereof in the preparation of medicaments for treating or preventing of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.</p>
