PURPOSE: A biodegradable coaxial fiber complex is provided, which makes proper bioactivation material successively act according to the growth of cell and differentiation time. CONSTITUTION: A biodegradable coaxial fiber complex comprises Poly(ε-caprolactone) and Poly(ε-caprolactone)-Poly(ethylene glycol)-NH2 in which amine is combined with the end. A first bioactivation material is encapsulated inside the fiber. In the fiber surface, a second bioactivation material is conjugated. When the first bioactivation material is encapsulated inside the fiber, non-ionic surfactant is together encapsulated.
