<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To browse knowledge content for a service personnel even in an offline environment, and to achieve effective feedback for a manager from browsing in the offline environment. <P>SOLUTION: This knowledge content providing system for the service personnel includes: a knowledge content providing device for a service personnel having a means for storing the knowledge content for the service personnel, a means for creating and storing a full archive including all the contents of the knowledge content for the service personnel; and a means for creating and storing a difference archive including the content of a changed section added to the knowledge content for the service personnel; and a knowledge content browsing device for a service personnel having a means for receiving the data of the full archive or the difference archive from the knowledge content providing device for the service personnel; a means for developing the received data of the full archive or the difference archive into such a state that the data can be browsed through a browser; and a means for holding retrieval keywords or evaluation in browsing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
