PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensitivity enhanced thermoanalytical sensor. SOLUTION: In the thermoanalytical sensor, capable of transferring a heat current between a heat source thermally linked to a substrate 1 and at least one measuring position 3, formed on the sensor and comprising thermocouple arrangements 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 formed at the measuring position 3 on the substrate 1, sensitivity is increased using a special geometry of the thermocouple arrangements and/or a selection of a material for the substrate 1.
