SOLUTION: The liquid film optical apparatus 1 includes the temperature variable means for varying the temperature of the liquid film forming area 102 where the liquid film having the boundary with gas is formed in order to flocculate liquid film material in atmosphere or sealed space, and a temperature control means for controlling the temperature of the temperature variable means.
