<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a physical training apparatus which obtains a massage effect together with walking exercise. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The physical training apparatus includes: a base body 10 to be placed on a floor surface; a stepping exercise device 2 having a pair of pedals 11A, 11B, which are arranged in the base body 10 so as to be vertically tiltable and where the right and left feet of a user are respectively placed, and an alternate driving means 13 for tilting one pedal 11B in the opposite direction of the other pedal 11A by the upward or downward tilting of the other pedal 11A; a pump 3 attached to the exercise device 2 so as to supply air by the tilting of the pedals 11A, 11B; a mounting part 4 to be mounted on a human body; and an expansion body 7 which is arranged in the mounting part 4, connected to the pump 3 via a hose 8, and expanded with the air to be supplied from the pump 3, thereby pressurizing the human body.
