PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pump dispenser capable of being easily carried and set, and performing smooth spouting without generating deformation on appearance. SOLUTION: The pump dispenser 3 is mounted to an opening 2c of an inverted container 2, and negative pressure is generated in the container 2 by a repeated operation of the push-in and return of a pushing head 3h provided thereon to enable the spouting of a content C. A feeding apparatus 10 includes a case body 4a having an opening A capable of storing an inverted container unit 1 on its front face and a cover 4b held so as to be swingable on the upper part of the case body 4a and fit to the opening A. A cutout 4d is formed at the lower end of the cover 4b, and a spouting lever 5 held by the cover 4b so as to be swingable, and capable of pressing the pushing head 3h is provided. The container 2 is a delamination container having an outer layer body 2a forming its contour shape and an inner layer body 2b arranged inside the outer layer body 2a so as to be releasable, and contracted together with the spouting of the content C.
