PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an organic light-emitting element with long life, and a manufacturing system. SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing the organic light-emitting element having a light-emitting layer intervened between a first electrode and a second electrode and having a first organic compound and a second organic compound, the method for manufacturing the organic light-emitting element includes a process of forming the first organic compound, a process of vacuum-heating the first organic compound, and a process of forming the second organic compound. The method for manufacturing the organic light-emitting element is characterized to have the process of vacuum-heating the first organic compound between the process of forming the first organic compound and the process of forming the second organic compound.
