The present invention relates to a food waste cutting and stirring apparatus for cutting and stirring food waste in a food waste disposer. The food waste cutting and stirring apparatus for cutting and stirring food waste in the food waste disposer includes a housing, a cutting bracket, and an impeller. The housing has an interior with a space for disposing food waste, and a food waste inlet port for injecting food waste into the space for disposing food waste, and a food waste outlet port for discharging the food waste disposed in the space for disposing food waste. The cutting bracket is arranged in the housing such that the cutting bracket protrudes toward the space for disposing food waste, and has a portion that is bent one or more times. The impeller is rotatably arranged in the housing, and has a first blade and a second blade. The first blade of the impeller has a shape at least partially matching the shapes of the lower surface and the outer surface of the cutting bracket, and has a rotation orbit which passes below the cutting bracket. The second blade of the impeller has a shape at least partially matching the shapes of the upper surface and the inner surface of the cutting bracket, and has a rotation orbit which passes over the cutting bracket. The cutting bracket and the impeller interact with each other to improve the efficiency of cutting and stirring food waste. |
