<p>A method for a mobile terminal to report the base station about the communication quality between the opposite end device of the mobile terminal and the downlink communication path of the mobile terminal, in order to solve the problem that the base station is not able to confirm exactly the mode of the downlink communication quality reported by the mobile terminal in the current wireless communication networks, includes: acquiring the report mode of the communication quality, generating the report parameters of the communication quality according to the report mode and the received downlink signal from the opposite end device, transmitting the report parameters of the communication quality and the information about the report mode to the base station. Preferably, the report parameters of the communication quality and the information about the report mode are placed in the same message which is sent to the base station. According to the present invention, base stations can acquire the correct report mode of the communication quality of the mobile terminal, make a correct disposal accordingly and sequentially, solve the problem which has not been solved for a long time, and improve the interoperability and the run capability of the wireless communication networks.</p> |
