PURPOSE: A water supplier for a flowerpot hanging type fence and a control method thereof are provided to keep lowering plants in the superior condition all the time without an additional operator by supplying water to flowering plants according to the preset cycle. CONSTITUTION: A water supplier for a flowerpot hanging type fence comprises a straight water supply pipe(21), a branch pipe(25), a water supply nozzle(27), and a water supply controller(30). The straight water supply pipe is arranged along the upper one side of a post pipe(3). The straight water supply pipe is fixed to a connection pipe(9) through a curved auxiliary pipe(23). The branch pipe is formed on a water supply pipe to be opposite to a flowerpot vessel(13). The water supply nozzle is mounted to the front end of the each branch pipe. The water supply controller supplies water to the water supply pipe according to the control signal.
