<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with a user's special operation; to determine the user's life situation even for actions which cannot be scheduled; and to eliminate telephone calls, E-mails and information distribution which may come into when inconvenient to the user. <P>SOLUTION: This service control system includes a detection means 2 to detect the use state or operation state of a plurality of pieces of electrical equipment, and a determination means 3 to determine the user's life condition from the detection result of the detection means 2. The system also includes a privacy protection means 4 to define the disclosure range of the determination result of the life condition according to the originator of a service, such as telephone calls, E-mail reception, electronic information distribution. A first service filter means 5 temporarily refuses the service according to the determination result of the determination means 3 and notifies the originator of the service of the user's life condition based on the disclosure range of the privacy protection means 4 as a reason for the refusal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
