<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carbon dioxide emission right transaction system for increasing carbon dioxide emission rights to be traded in a carbon dioxide emission right transaction system. <P>SOLUTION: This carbon dioxide emission right transaction system includes: a plurality of emission right owner terminals 13 having communication functions to be operated by selling candidates who request the selling of dioxide carbon emission rights; one or more representative owner terminals 15; a plurality of emission right owner terminals 17 to be operated by acquisition candidates who request the acquisition of carbon dioxide emission rights; an emission right authentication institute terminal 19 to be used for transmitting authentication data by the emission right authentication institute; and an authentication possibility diagnosing part 21. The authentication possibility diagnosing part 21 diagnoses whether or not unauthorized dioxide carbon emission rights are authenticated by the emission right authentication institute based on the data related with the unauthenticated dioxide emission rights which are not authenticated by the emission right authentication institute, and transmits the results to terminal equipment 13 and 15 by the transmitters of the data related with the unauthenticated dioxide emission rights. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
