<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a print control apparatus the performance of which can be improved while reducing the amount of a resource to be consumed and to provide a plotting method. <P>SOLUTION: A printer controller 20 being the print control apparatus includes: a plotting instruction determining part 26 which determines whether the plotted result to be predicted from image data is obtained by using the information on a plotting area and color information when an inputted plotting command is an image plotting command and which then determines whether the image plotting command can be converted into a graphic plotting command; and a plotting instruction converting part 27 for converting the ROP (raster operation) commands, parameters and image data constituting the image plotting command into the ROP commands, information on the plotting area and color information constituting the graphic plotting command when the plotting instruction determining part 26 determined that the image plotting command can be converted into the graphic plotting command. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
