<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet discharging device capable of neatly stacking sheets on a sheet stacking tray and an image forming device equipped with the sheet discharging device. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In a state that blade parts 40d, 50d of rotors 40, 50 are arranged at pressing positions for respectively pressing both end parts of a sheet P1 discharged first, the next sheet P2 is discharged. After the next sheet P2 is discharged from a sheet discharging port to some extent, the blade parts 40d, 50d of the rotors 40, 50 respectively rotate to a direction of an arrow C and a direction of an arrow D, and press both end parts of the sheet P2 again after rotating nearly one revolution. An edge part of the sheet P2 discharged next does not push out a rear end part of the sheet P1 discharged first thereby, which can prevent the sheets from being disordered on a discharge tray 29.
