<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change current pattern data input to an electromagnet excitation power supply, without stopping the power supply, when making fine adjustments of the output current of the power supply or when multiplying its output value by a constant. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The current pattern data of a power supply body 10 controlled based on a signal which a current pattern generator 1 receiving the input of a signal from a current pattern control device 20 outputs is created as reference data stored in a reference data memory unit 5 and a predetermined constant stored in a constant register 4 are read and multiplied with each other.
