PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cover tape which prevents a cover tape roll from being collapsed in winding when it is transported, stored, or used. SOLUTION: The cover tape is a lamination including a base layer 20 as a surface layer and a sealant layer 30 containing a sealant layer 36. The static friction coefficient between the surface of the base layer 20 and the surface of the sealant layer 30 is 0.70 or smaller. It is preferable that the sealant layer 30 have globular grains 34 having an average particle diameter of 0.01 to 20 μm, the CV value of the globular grains 34 is 45% or smaller, and the sealant layer 30 contains the globular grains 34 of 0.5 to 10 pts.mass against the sealant material 36 of 100 pts.mass.
