PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle seat for executing the returning operation from the accommodated state with a small operational load. SOLUTION: The vehicle seat 1 includes a seat cushion 10, a seatback 20, a seat frame bracket 30 and a link bar 40 to constitute a quadric link mechanism. A third link C with a rear end of the seat cushion 10 and the seatback 20 being pivotably attached thereto is urged in the direction where its operational angle is narrowed. In the tilt-down state, the distance D1 of the perpendicular from the third link C with respect to the extension line H of the line connecting a first link A with a front end of the seat frame bracket 30 and one end of the link bar 40 being pivotably attached thereto and a second link B with the other end of the link bar 40 and a front end of the seat cushion 10 being pivotably attached thereto is set to be smaller than the distance of the perpendicular D2 from the fourth link D with the lower end of the seatback 20 and the rear end of the seat frame bracket 30 being pivotably attached thereto with respect to the extension line H of the line connecting the first link A to the second link B.
