PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing apparatus, a lens sheet and a printing method, facilitating phase matching between a convex lens and a print image. SOLUTION: In this printing apparatus 11 for printing onto the lens sheet L, a test pattern L5 is formed on any portion of the lens sheet L, the test pattern being configured to provide different visibility to a user's left and right eyes when a direction crossing the one direction is defined as a longitudinal direction. The printing apparatus includes: position correction amount calculation means 130 for calculating a position correction amount in order to form the print image on the lens sheet L based on the visibility of the test pattern L5 input by a user; a composite image data creating means 130 for creating composite image data for forming the print image based on the plurality of original image data; and a printing means 10 for performing printing to form the print image where the position correction amount is reflected based on the composite image data and the position correction amount.
