摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide biocompatible porous materials whose pore surfaces are chemically modified and a method relating to the production of the materials. SOLUTION: The porous materials are produced in two steps by starting from porous base materials whose pore surfaces and outer surfaces are modified with epoxide groups as follows: the step (1) of making the epoxide groups of the outer surfaces react with nucleophilic reagents, then with a particulate catalyst whose particle diameter is too large to penetrate the pores of the base support; and the step (2) of making the epoxide groups remaining in the pores react to enable the introduction of functional ligands such as separation effectors or (bio)catalysts.
