Provided is an optical sheet comprising a fly-eye lens, which can fulfill an excellent optical function with light condensing capability, light diffusing capability, and invisibility of a light source image and can be stably manufactured.  An optical sheet (40) is provided with a sheet-shaped body portion (45), multiple first unit-shape elements (50) which are arranged on one surface (46) of the body portion and compose a fly-eye lens, and multiple second unit-shape elements (55) which are arranged on the one surface of the body portion and extend parallel to one direction on a sheet surface of the body portion.  The first unit-shape elements are arranged with a space therebetween on the one surface of the body portion.  The second unit-shape elements are arranged between the first unit-shape elements on the one surface of the body portion.
