PURPOSE: A vinyl bag folding and stacking apparatus is provided to stack vinyl bag in an equal length on its top by fastening one side of the vinyl bag with a fixing and suction unit sequentially. CONSTITUTION: A vinyl bag folding and stacking apparatus comprises a transfer device(20), a loading unit(30), a pressing unit(40), a fixing and suction unit(50), a pressing unit(60), and a slide preventing tap(611). The transfer device supplies vinyl bag by an upper roller(21) and a lower roller(22). Vinyl bag is stacked in a loading unit while being folded. The pressing unit presses down the top of the vinyl bag which is folded in the loading unit and is stacked. The fixing and suction unit installed between the loading unit and the lower roller sucks one side of the vinyl bag by a suction hole(52). The pressing unit conveys the vinyl bags stacked on the conveyor to a discharging conveyor(32). The slide preventing tap is joined in the lower part of the bent leading end of a press plate(61). |
