In a portion (10a) at which a bar (100) constituting a stabilizer device (1) is mounted to a vehicle body, a resin ring (40) is formed integrally with the bar (100) by a direct injection method, a rubber bush (30) is mounted to the outside of the resin ring (40), and the bush (30) is fixed to a vehicle body-side member (50) by a bracket (20). The area of contact between the resin ring (40) and the bar (100) is secured by the axial length of the bush (30), so that high strength against axial displacement of the bush (30) can be achieved even if there is limitation on dimensions. Thus, the structure for fixing the bush to the bar can have a sufficient displacement preventing function even if there is strict limitation on dimensions.
