<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a scalp preparation for external use, aiming at the healthy scalp with a basic improvement by the cleaning of the scalp and effectively working its component containing an anti-androgen activity. <P>SOLUTION: The one of objectives of the scalp preparation for external use is to improve the state of the scalp and keep it in a healthy state. Also, it has a hair growing-hair tonic agent action by a component having the hair growth and hair tonic effects.
