PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production management device which can prevent the occurrence of delay in delivery in a prescribed production process.

SOLUTION: The production management device 40 manages lot-based allotment of products in a plurality of lots to testers 31A to 31D for executing the prescribed production process. The product has product delivery information set beforehand in lot units. The production management device is provided with a traveler information receiving section 41 for acquiring delivery information for respective lots of the product and a lot allotting section 47 for determining the lot of the product to be allotted to the testers 31A to 31D.
