PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it is difficult to increase the thermal conductance although a graphite complex is formed by laminating a plurality of sheets through an adhesive because junction between pyrolytic graphite sheets formed by pyrolyzing a polymer is very weak. SOLUTION: A pyrolytic graphite sheet 1 formed by firing an aromatic polymer film and a graphite material 2 containing graphite power are directly superimposed, and then pressure is applied in the superimposed direction to compress the superimposed sheet 1 and material 2. Thereby, the resulting pyrolytic graphite sheet in which the graphite powder is filled in recessed portions 4 of the pyrolytic graphite sheet 1 on the side of the interface 3 and the graphite material 2 are bonded.
