PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized micromixer with relatively simple structure, effectively enhancing a mixing efficiency. SOLUTION: The micromixer has: a first partitioned groove 102 guiding a first fluid 7 to flow in the first direction x; a second partitioned groove 103 having a narrower flow path space S2 than the flow path space S1 of a downstream part of the first partitioned groove 102; a third partitioned groove 104 guiding mixed fluid 9 obtained by impinging the first fluid 7 with a second fluid 8 in a counter flow to the flow directed to the same direction as the first direction x and increasing the fluid pressure by reducing the flow of the mixed flow 9; a mixing promotion space 5 communicated with the third partitioned groove 104, reducing the fluid pressure of the mixed fluid 9 discharged from the third partitioned groove 104, and promoting the mixing of the mixed fluid 9 by vortex flow caused thereby; and a guide member 106 guiding the mixed fluid 9 in the mixing promotion space 5 to a given recovery means.
